How Heavy Is A Millstone?

Occasionally, I will post a video here if it is compelling and related to evangelism. I don't like posting this one but it makes a clear point of what atheists are doing out there. Brian Sapient and his group The Rational Response Squad are issuing what they call the "blasphemy challenge." Why are they doing this? Because, according to Mark 3:29 in the Holy Bible, "Whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin." The atheist group holds to a gross misinterpretation this passage to make their point. There are many videos posted of people verbally denying the Holy Spirit, but this one is heart breaking.

I couldn't help but think of Mark 9:42. "And if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone tied around his neck." Sapient and the atheists responsible for this "challenge" will have a lot to answer for when they are facing God. Please pray for this young person.

New Age Spring Break

This is Sedona, Arizona. It's a town known for it's beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. It's also known by New Age spirtualists as a hot spot for mystical activity. New Age is a relatively new expression encompassing Eastern philosophy, mystical traditions, Native American beliefs, Celtic Goddess worship and psychic phenomena.

I had planned to witness to someone in a New Age shop where they sell books, crystals and other objects. However, after hanging around for fifteen minutes or so, I got really uncomfortable with the conversation the owner was having with a couple of college students about her channeling capabilities where she was able to communicate with the dead. I decided to hit the downtown tourist shops instead. That's where I met Justin, a teenager visiting with his family from Texas. Take note of what Justin did to the gospel tract I gave him. I think our conversation had him a little nervous. Hopefully that was the Holy Spirit convicting his conscience. Please pray for Justin.
